Sometimes life circumstances change, and finding a new home for a beloved dog becomes necessary. When other shelters are overwhelmed, surrendering a pet can feel impossible, leaving owners with limited options. This service ensures that dogs remain safe, cared for, and given a second chance at a loving home.

Instead of facing uncertain fates, every surrendered dog stays in a secure and compassionate environment until the perfect family is found. There are no deadlines or time limits—only a commitment to giving each dog the care and attention they need. If rehoming your pet is the only choice, this is a place where they will be safe and loved until they find their next family. Reach out today to ensure your dog has the best possible future.

Surrender Policy

We do not take in dogs with aggression towards people, that are sick, injured, or have a bite history.

This is based on a first come, first serve basis. Space is limited, so please return all documents and complete all steps as soon as possible. Please attach photos of the crate if you plan to provide it so that we can make sure it is the required 45".

Each dog will need its own form if there is more than one over six months.

Our surrender fees have changed. The fee is $295.00 if your pet is fixed, and $425.00 if your pet isn't fixed, plus any additional fees that pertain to your pet's situation. There are no longer $50 deposits. Please understand that half of the total cost must be paid up front in order to receive a surrender appointment.

Forms of payment we accept are Apple Pay, cash, and any debit or credit cards in person.

Please be sure your dog has no history of aggression towards people, because if your dog is aggressive towards myself or my staff, we will not take your dog and no fees will be refunded.

As of April 1st, 2025, we will no longer accept any Pitbull or Pitbull mixes over 5 months old.

If your dog becomes aggressive or tries to bite myself or my staff after your departure, you will be contacted to come back and pick up the dog. The surrender fee will not be refunded. If we take your dog, all deposits will go towards your surrender fee.

If your pet isn't up to date on vaccines, there will be an additional $68.00 vaccination fee added.

Please be sure to print the form, fill everything out, attach photos of the dog, a copy of a valid I.D. front and back, and sign all places that require your signature. Please include microchip numbers if your dog is chipped. Include shot records for the dog within the last year.

We will set the surrender appointment once all documents are scanned back to us or dropped in our mail slot and the deposit is made.

Your pet must come with an XXL crate, 45" high and 54" long, because we are very short on crates. Otherwise, you must include an additional $95 for us to purchase one from our low-cost vendor.

Please be sure to attach a copy of a valid I.D., front and back. For all requested photos of your pet, be sure no humans, debris, chains, or cages are in the photos. Your pet must be standing in at least one photo. Be sure to attach shot records.

Please understand this is a first come, first serve-based rescue. The sooner you complete all steps, the better chance you have of a space being available for your pet.

The forms of virtual payment we accept is Apple Pay. We accept all major debit and credit cards in person.

Thanks in advance.
